I was searching the Netflix Watch Instantly titles the other night and stumbled upon something that made me squeal with glee.
The entire series of Family Ties! I was pretty young when the show originally aired so I haven't seen all the episodes but I did love this show. And Alex P. Keaton. And who doesn't love the theme song? It's a classic. (Sidenote: I miss TV theme songs. Television shows used to have great theme songs. A few of my favorites: Cheers, Growing Pains, Full House, Golden Girls, and Friends. Why don't shows have theme songs anymore?)
I'm so excited to watch the show from the beginning. Seven seasons of the Keatons should keep me entertained for quite a while.

You're so right about the lack of theme songs. What is the world coming to? I definitely sing the Golden Girls theme song out loud, all the way through, every time I hear it. So damn catchy.
Sometimes when I see on the guide that Golden Girls is about to start I turn it on just to hear the song and then change to something else. That's sad to admit.
I started watching Party Down on Netflix since nothing is on in the summer. It's funny! Jane Lynch, Ben from Parks and Rec, and Janice Ian from Mean Girls. With those people you can't go wrong!
