My little bunny had a great first Easter! The Easter Bunny paid Blaire a visit and left behind a few little surprises.

I didn't think Blaire would be interested in her basket but she really was. It was cute to watch her go through it and examine all the treats.

Of course, her favorite part was the tiny plastic eggs filled with Reese's Pieces I threw in for her Daddy. She liked the way the candy rattled around inside the egg. Silly girl.

It was absolutely gorgeous outside today so I took Blaire on a walk around the neighborhood. We stopped by the park and paid a visit to Aunt Jilly's new house. It has a pool! We're so excited to spend the summer swimming. I'm so thankful that Blaire has her auntie so close by and I'm grateful that my best friend lives just around the corner.

 

 

Unfortunately, the rest of our family doesn't live as close as Aunt Jilly and we didn't get to spend Easter with them. I made dinner and Jill & Ashley came over and ate with us. We watched the Masters and cheered for Bubba as he won the coveted green jacket. 

Yes, I did fold the napkins to look like bunnies. And I'm owning it. If by owning it you mean completely embarrassed I'm such a big dork.

Blaire played with Aunt Jilly (or "Aunt Bestie" as Jill prefers to be called) while I finished up dinner. I have no idea why B's hair looks orange here - must be some funky lighting.

We had Honey Baked Ham (my favorite), mac & cheese, Crack Potatoes (I didn't love them but everyone else did), and asparagus. There was Eclair Cake for dessert. Everyone was very full & happy.

It was so much fun to celebrate Easter with my little bunny. I love this sweet girl so much!
